Suspending Certification

Garuda Sertifikasi Indonesia establish documented policies and procedures for freezing and specify important actions.

Suspension of certification can occur in the following cases:

• Management System certified organizations fail to completely meet certification requirements, including requirements management system
• Organizations that are certified not allow surveillance or recertification audit conducted at the required frequencies, or
• Organization certified voluntarily ask for freezing
• Non-compliance audit is not actionable sheet mismatches (cause analysis, correction, corrective action and evidence of corrective action) within thetime limits and extra-time (1 month) is given
